How to participate:

  1. Spend
    Spend a minimum of RM350 daily in a single transaction on qualifying Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park products via the www.rwgenting.com or Genting SkyWorlds website or app. 
  2. Receive Your Blind Box
    A Mystery Digital Blind Box will be sent directly to your registered mobile number via our official WhatsApp within 5 working days.
  3. Tap to Reveal
    Click the link within 24 hours from the time of receipt  to select and unlock your digital blind box.
  4. Redeem
    Reveal your surprise via the QR code and present it at the designated outlets to redeem and enjoy your exclusive prize on the spot.

  1. Campaign Period
    • The Campaign is organised by Genting Malaysia Berhad (“Organiser” and shall commence from 29 June to 31 July 2026 (the “Campaign Period”), unless terminated earlier by the Organiser
    • The Organiser reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice. 
  2. Eligibility
    • The Campaign is open to all guests of the Organiser, who are aged 18 and above.
    • To be qualified for the Campaign, the guests must make a minimum spend of RM350 within the Campaign Period in a single transaction on Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park products via www.rwgenting.com subject to the following conditions
    • Transaction made outside the Campaign Period will not be eligible for participation
    • Each eligible transaction entitles the guest to one (1) Digital Blind Box redemption per day.
    • Multiple transactions made on the same day shall not entitle the guest to additional Digital Blind Box redemptions beyond one (1) per day.
    • The minimum spend of RM350.00 must be in a single transaction and cannot be accumulated across multiple transactions. 
  3. Redemption Process
    • Upon qualifying, the Digital Blind Box will be sent via WhatsApp to the guest's registered mobile number on record within five (5) working days.
    • It is the guest's responsibility to ensure that their registered mobile number is accurate and up to date at the time of transaction.
    • The Organiser shall not be responsible for any failure or delay in delivery of the Digital Blind Box due to an incorrect, incomplete or unregistered mobile number provided by the guest.
    • Guests must click on the link provided within the WhatsApp message within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of receipt and select their preferred Digital Blind Box. Each Digital Blind Box may offer different types of rewards to the eligible guest.
    • Any Digital Blind Box links that not activated within the twenty-four (24) hour window will automatically expire and forfeited. No expired or forfeited Digital Blind Box will not be re-issued or replaced under any circumstances.
    • Each Digital Blind Box link is unique, non-transferable and valid for one-time use only.  
  4. Reward Redemption
    • Rewards will be revealed in the form of a QR Code upon opening the Digital Blind Box
    • The QR Code must be presented in-person for on-site redemption at designated outlets or locations as specified by the Organiser
    • Each QR Code is valid for one-time use only and must be redeemed within the validity period stated on the QR Code or accompanying communication or in the applicable terms and conditions.
    • Expired, altered, duplicated, or damaged QR Codes will not be accepted and will be deemed invalid.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any QR Code presented and/or to refuse redemption of any QR Code suspected to be fraudulent or tampered with.
    • The list of designated redemption outlets or locations is subject to change at the Organiser’s discretion without prior notice. 
  5. General Conditions of Rewards
    • Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items unless otherwise stated.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any reward with another of similar value without prior notice.
    • Additional terms and conditions may apply to specific rewards and will be indicated where applicable.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • The Organiser shall not be held liable for:
    • Any technical issues or failures, including but not limited to network failures or system errors that may affect the delivery, access, or use of the Digital Blind Box and/or QR Code.
    • Any delays or failure in the delivery of the Digital Blind Box and/or QR Code due to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated contact details provided by the guest.
    • Any loss, misuse, or unauthorised use of the QR Code once after it has been issued and delivered to the guest's registered mobile number.
    • Fraudulent or unauthorized purchases made by third parties using a participant’s payment method.
    • The Organiser’s total liability to any participants / guests in connection with this Campaign shall, to the extent permitted by law, be limited to the value of the reward received.
    • Participation in this Campaign is at the guest's own risk. The Organiser shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from participation in this Campaign. 
  7. General Conditions
    • Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and the participants consent to the Organiser using their personal data for the purposes of this Campaign and in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy notice at www.gentingmalaysia.com/privacy_policy/
    • The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant/guest found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or engaging in fraudulent activity.
    • The Organiser’s decision on all matters relating to the Campaign is final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
    • The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from participation in this Campaign or from the use of any reward.
    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
    • The Organiser reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or to modify, suspend or terminate the Campaign at any time without prior notice.
