- We recommend purchasing tickets online in advance of your visit. However, if you have purchased a dated ticket, and your travel plans have changed due to the latest COVID-19 situation, please contact your original ticket selling agent to arrange for a date change. Alternatively, send your enquiries via email to: tpguestservices@genting.com.
- Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity during our extended soft opening period. This includes the following rides: Ice Age: Expedition Thin Ice, Invasion of the Planet of the Apes, and Mad Ramp Peak: Full Throttle Racing (opening later this year).
- During prolonged periods of inclement weather, Genting SkyWorlds ‘Rainy Day Guarantee’ will be activated, offering a FREE return visit on selected dates within 12 months of your original visit. Download the Genting SkyWorlds mobile app for details.
- The latest government advice requires guests to wear a face mask whilst indoors, including rides and attractions within indoor queue and loading areas.
