1-DAY TICKET (STANDARD/CHILD/SENIOR/GUEST WITH DISABILITIES)

1. Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity.

2. All selling prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and inclusive of Entertainment Duty.

3. Definitions of Tickets:

   FREE park admission applies to children below 90cm in height

   Standard: Guest with a height above 110cm

   Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above

   Guests with Disabilities: Guests with disability certificates

    

4. The use of the venue Ticket(s) and/or entry to Genting SkyWorlds implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.

5. No request for change of the validity date of the purchased Tickets shall be entertained.

6. The Tickets are strictly non-transferable, not for re-sale, exchange and/or non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced and/or tampered.

7. All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection purposes when required. The Management reserves the right to:

   1. request additional information or proof of identity from you in order to verify confirmation email(s); and

   2. deny your entry if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent in our reasonable opinion.

8. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

9. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

10. All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds’ Rules and Regulation as stipulated in www.gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.

11. Other operating Terms and Conditions may apply.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

1. All guest(s) must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19. Guest(s) must first show the digital vaccination certificate via the MySejahtera app before admission. Please present your physical vaccination card if your digital vaccination certificate is not available, along with a form of identification for our verification purposes.

2. Exceptions: Unvaccinated individuals who can enter Resort World Genting’s theme parks and attractions are:

   • 12 years old and below (must be accompanied by a fully vaccinated adult)

   • Those with proof of medical condition, exempting them for taking the vaccine

   • Pregnant mothers under 14 weeks or above 33 weeks of gestation. Please provide your medical letter or doctor’s appointment card as proof.

3. Only fully vaccinated guests with “Low Risk” or “Casual Contact Low Risk” status is permitted to enter.

4. Resort World Genting’s theme parks and attractions will only admit individuals with body temperature reading of 37.5 °C and below.

5. For your wellbeing, wearing a face mask & scanning of MySejahtera QR Code is mandatory.
