• Pricing is quoted in Ringgit Malaysia and inclusive of Service Tax and Entertainment Duty at prevailing rate where applicable.
• Definitions of Tickets:
  FREE park admission applies to children below 90cm in height
  Standard: Guests with a height above 110cm
  Child: Guests with a height between 90cm to 110cm
  Senior: Guests aged 60 years or above
  Guests with Disabilities: Guests with disability certificates

• Malaysian rates are valid for Malaysian citizens only with a Malaysian Identification Card.
• Guests are required to provide their physical Malaysian Identification Card for verification purposes prior to park admission.
• An additional surcharge of an amount based on the walk-in rate will be collected for any wrong ticket purchase.
• For safety reasons, pregnant women are not permitted to participate in any rides or attractions.

1. Certain rides, attractions, entertainment, restaurants, or other offerings may be unavailable, modified or operating at reduced capacity.

4. The use of the venue Ticket(s) and/or entry to Genting SkyWorlds implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.
5. No request for a change of the validity date of the purchased Tickets shall be entertained.
6. The Tickets are strictly non-transferable, not for resale, exchange and/or non-refundable under any circumstances, including external factors beyond our reasonable control (e.g. haze, inclement weather, governmental acts, acts of God, riots or strikes) and will be void if altered, defaced and/or tampered.
7. All guest(s) must retain their confirmation email(s) for inspection purposes when required. The Management reserves the right to:
   a. request additional information or proof of identity from you in order to verify confirmation email(s); and
   b. deny your entry if you violate these Terms and Conditions or if the transaction is deemed fraudulent in our reasonable opinion.
8. The Management reserves the right to review and revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
9. If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and you hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
11. All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds’ Rules and Regulations as stipulated in gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.com.

1. Booking period: 29.09 – 15.11.2026, with redemption available from 14.10 – 15.11.2026 and valid only on the visit date.
2. Each eligible Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard Ticket holder is entitled to one (01) e-voucher, redeemable for one (01) snack of choice and one (01) mineral water at participating F&B outlets within Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
3. The following Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard Ticket types are eligible for this promotion:
   a. Malaysian Guest (Online Purchase) - RM88
   b. Malaysian Guest (Walk-in or Same Day Purchase) - RM168
   c. Non-Malaysian Guest (Online Purchase) - RM168
   d. Non-Malaysian Guest (Walk-in or Same Day Purchase) - RM198
4. Participating F&B outlets:
   Jetpack - Coffee and Fast Fuels
   Chips and Dips
   EXO Grab 'N' Go
   Han's Cha Chaan Teng
5. Please present the original e-voucher QR code from the Genting SkyWorlds app upon redemption. Any screenshot or photocopy of the e-voucher is not acceptable.
6. The e-voucher is valid only on the same day of visits to Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park.
7. Once redeemed, the e-voucher is considered utilised and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash or other goods.
8. Guests who linked their eligible Genting SkyWorlds 1-Day Standard Ticket purchased within the promotion validity period to the Genting SkyWorlds App will automatically receive an e-voucher in their account.The e-voucher is redeemable at participating F&B outlets within Genting SkyWorlds Theme Park, subject to outlet operating hours.
9. Genting SkyWorlds F&B staff will scan the e-voucher QR code for redemption/ validation upon guest checkout at the cashier counter.
10. Any unutilised amount will be forfeited. No refund, exchange, or extension will be permitted.
11. The Management reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
