Each tour is three (3) consecutive hours for a minimum of four (4) guests and a maximum of ten (10) guests.
There are two (2) tours available daily: 11am to 2pm & 1pm to 4pm
Children with a height below 90cm on the day of their visit will not be counted in the number of total guests.

Genting SkyWorlds VIP Experience ambassadors will work with you to plan and customize your day and accompany you throughout the park, sharing their amazing behind-the-scenes stories with you!

Genting SkyWorlds VIP Experience Terms & Conditions

Genting SkyWorlds admission is included in the cost of the tour.
VIP Experience is subject to availability.
Each tour is three (3) consecutive hours for a minimum of four (4) guests and a maximum of ten (10) guests. Children with a height below 90cm on the day of their visit will not be counted in the number of total guests.
Children below 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times.
Guest will need to arrive at Genting SkyWorlds VIP Reception 30 minutes before the scheduled tour departure time. Failure to comply with this may result in the participant missing certain components of the VIP Experience.
Kindly present your confirmation email at ticketing counter no. 9 prior to redemption (next to VIP access).
Payment must be made in full before the start of the tour.
The VIP Experience is available in both English and Chinese languages. Guests may request a preferred language; however, this is subject to availability.
All offers, events, tickets, services, attractions and entertainment options may be seasonal and are subject to change at any time.
Reserved viewing for select entertainment shows and parade is based on availability and is weather permitting.
If there is any conflict or inconsistency between English and other translations of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
The Management reserves the right to alter, amend, delete and add to the terms and conditions stated herein without notice to the Guest.
The use of the venue Ticket(s) and/or entry to Genting SkyWorlds implies your acceptance of the General Ticketing Terms & Conditions and Rules & Regulations.
All guest(s) must comply with the terms and conditions stipulated and adhere to all Genting SkyWorlds’ Rules and Regulation as stipulated in www.gentingskyworlds.com/rules-regulations.
